Icelandic-American artist Anna Fugaro has been creating surrealist mixed-media artwork for over 50 years. Reflecting a lifetime spent across the globe, from Iceland to India to New York, her artwork is suffused with a unique blend of opulent sensuality and sardonic humor.

She has received international acclaim, and has held shows in Reykjavik, Iceland, where she lived for 18 years. Her work has been purchased by the Queen of Denmark and the former president of Iceland.

She lives in Middlebury, Vermont.
